Job Responsibilities
- Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
- Time to time floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
- Handling grievances at the initial stage.
- Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers.
- Ensure counseling of absent employees regularly.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, maintain & improve working environment.
- Monitor work place safety & welfare.
- Orientation program for new joiners.
- Arrange awareness programs as per rules and regulation of the company.
- Arrange Awareness programs for pregnant / maternity associates as per labor law.
- Find out all Noncompliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
- Form various committee, make notice, arrange meeting, prepare meeting minutes and documentation.
- Other tasks as & when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- MBA in HRM.
- PGD in HRM / Compliance Management will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Compliance, Compliance Law, Health/ Safety & Fire, Welfare
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), Automobile, Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 32 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities (English).
- Conversant with MS Office applications.
- Good knowledge in labor law.
- Having good and details knowledge in MS Excel formulas.
- Good presentation skill.
