Job Responsibilities
- Protocol Management; perform foreign expats work permit related issues, airport pick up and drop off, Hotel arrangement etc.
- Travel Management process;( Hotel and accommodation arrangement, rent-a-car, bill processing etc).
- Billing process of all visa activities.
- Provide support to fellow members to get oversees visa (India, Thailand).
- Support Departmental Budget control issue & knowledge on provision.
- Dealing with GO/NGO Organizations, like BEZA, BIDA, SB, NSI, and several ministries.
- Support administrative billing process with accuracy.
- Provide daily support; perform any administrative activities assigned by management.

- Graduation on Business / Engineering discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- billing process, General Administration, Protocol, Travel management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 28 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
- Conversant with MS Office applications.
