Job Responsibilities

  • Closely work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & providing timely support to the Hiring Manager to achieve hiring & department goals.
  • Plan and maintain an appropriate recruitment procedure to ensure BHL will have the best talent for each position.
  • Determine selection criteria for position by position.
  • Along with job portals, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Be Ambassador for employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Ensure adhering with Honda COC by avoiding conflict of interest.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

  • Professional Certification: Certificates in Talent Management

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Automobile, Individual/Personal Recruitment, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

 

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • Conversant with MS Office applications.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of software packages (ATS)
  • Time management skills - self motivator and work to strict deadlines
  • Behave with tact, sensitivity and responsibility in dealing with both internal and external parties.
