Job Responsibilities
- New Dealer appointment, searching potential candidate in assign area.
- Maintain new dealer esquires, application data & regular follow up to finalize the candidate.
- Understanding of motorcycle business, dealer business operations and ability to convenience the new dealer application.
- Analyze the candidate proposal, business performance, financial strengths & management capabilities of new dealer applicant.
- Prepare & present the new dealer proposal in business professional manner.
- Share weekly plan vs result progress report to achieve the new dealer appointment target.
- Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management as per business requirements.

Educational Requirements
- MBA / Engineering from any reputed public / private university.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Experience in Dealer Development & Field Sales is preferable.
- Technically sound, energetic & work oriented mind.
- Verbal and typing communication skills in Bengali & English.
- Preferable for motorcycle riding with driving license.
- Willing to travel all over the country.
