Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepares Dealer Technician to accomplish job results by planning, conducting & evaluating technical training.
- Conducts technical training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow and reports; understanding job specific functions and tasks.
- Maintains safety and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
- Conduct training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements in training center.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for problem solving of any customer problematic bike.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all training sessions with Dealer Technician.
- Train & develop service technicians on inspection, repair and service.
Educational Requirements
BSc. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 year(s)

- Strong automobile technical and analytical skills.
- Instructional training experiences.
- Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
- Conversant with MS Office applications.
- Willing to travel any where in Bangladesh.
