Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate and analyze various types of legal agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, Consulting Agreements, Contractor Agreements and Professional Services Agreements etc.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
- Analyze potential legal and business risks involved with specific contract terms after consensus with legal department.
- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what's best for the company.
- Create and maintain organized systems for physical and digital records.
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- Evaluating customer need.
- Preparing Monthly Report.

Educational Requirements
- BBA / MBA / Masters / Mechanical Engineering form any reputed university.
- PGD in supply chain management is preferable.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 28 years
