Job Responsibilities
- Management of regional sales activities, sales team, overall dealer management.
- Achieve sales targets by applying effective management on assigned dealers in respective zone.
- Development of dealership quality in all aspects of sales & marketing.
- Implement of indoor and outdoor promotion activities in the assigned territory.
- Development of sales manpower by product and sales training.
- Regular communication and reporting.
- Regular 15 days’ field visit monthly for dealer development and collecting market information.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly sales target and activity plan.
- Support in expansion of dealer network.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by superior for organizational development.

Educational Requirements
- MBA or Masters in Marketing or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 36 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- 5+ years related experience, preferably in related industry with strong focus on Field Sales.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Possess strong business acumen.
- Data driven and process oriented.
- Strong customer satisfaction focus skills.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Functioning of specific software.
