Job Responsibilities

  • Work for motorcycle Customer service department to maintain Customer care section.
  • Provide product and service information to customers through Facebook/Email/call center inbound/outbound channel quickly by good manner.
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure proper resolution.
  • Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to use computer system for CR management (Excel, Word, Power Point) Windows XP, Microsoft outlook, Internet Explorer.
  • Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Good Communication skill in both Bengali and English with appropriate accent and good typing skill required.
  • Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA from reputed university.

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Customer Care, Email , Facebook, Replying Complaints (Telecommunication

  • Effective problem solving & decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.
  • A thorough knowledge of product and services of the company as well as industry.

  • Conversant with MS Office applications.
